Die Verwendungs- und Darstellungsarten aller Dalim Software Geschäfts- und Produktbilder sind durch die Gestaltungsrichtlinien festgelegt die hier heruntergeladen werden können.
Bitte lesen Sie die folgenden Richtlinien zur Verwendung von Inhalten:
1. Soweit nicht anders von Dalim Software schriftlich genehmigt, sind nur die hier zur Verfügung gestellten Dalim Software Logos zur Verwendung freigegeben. 2. Sie dürfen die Logos in keiner Weise verändern dazu gehören Abbildungsproportionen, Farben, Elemente, Schriftart oder der Schriftstil. Es ist Ihnen nicht erlaubt Animatonen, Moprhing oder andere Darstellungsweisen die die Proportionen oder das räumliche Erscheinungsbild verändern anzuwenden. 3. Sie dürfen keines der Logos in einer Weise einsetzen die den Eindruck vermittelt die Webseite oder Druckunterlagen stammen von Dalim Software selbst oder werden von Dalim Software bestätig oder unterstützt. Ihr Webseitentitel, Firmenzeichen und Markenzeichen müssen in Druckunterlagen und auf Webseiten immer größer und deutlicher erscheinen als die Marken von Dalim Software. 4. Keines der Logos darf auf Produkten oder Produktverpackungen verwendet werden. 5. Alle Logos müssen von Ihrem Firmennamen, Firmenzeichen und allen anderen Firmen- oder Produktnamen und -zeichen mit midestens einer Darstellungsbreite oder einem Inch, es zählt dabei jeweils das größere Maß, Abstand dargestellt werden. Kombinieren Sie keines der Logos mit anderen Marken oder grafischen Elementen. 6.
6. The logos may only be used on Web pages and in printed material that
make accurate references to Dalim Software or its products or services
and only in proximity to those references, unless written autorisation
is received from Dalim Software. The logos may only be displayed on
pages or screen displays referencing Dalim Software.
7. You may not use any of the logos in any material that directly or
indirectly disparages Dalim Software, its products or services, its
partners, resellers, or other related companies or their products or
services; that infringes upon any Dalim Software intellectual property;
or that violates any state, federal, or international law.
8. None of the logo files can be resized, modified, changed, or
manipulated in any way without the express written permission of Dalim
Software GmbH. Only EPS files used in printed material may be resized.
The minimum mark size is 3/4 inch in printed material.
9. The Dalim Software name or any potentially confusing variations may
never be incorporated into the name of a product or service of your
company.
10. Nothing herein is intended to nor does grant to you any right or
license to use the Dalim Software name or any Dalim Software product
name, except as expressly described above. You acknowledge that Dalim
Software GmbH is the sole owner of the corporate and product logos and
you agree that you will not do anything to harm the reputation or
goodwill of the corporate and product logos or take any action
inconsistent with the company's ownership of the corporate and product
logos, including without limitation registering or attempting in any
way to claim rights to the corporate and product logos. 11.
Dalim Software reserves the right to review your use of the corporate
and product logos at any time and you agree to make any modifications
to your use of the corporate and product logos as Dalim Software may
request. Dalim Software may terminate or modify permission to use the
corporate and product logos at any time for any reason. Upon
termination, you agree to cease all use of the corporate and product
logos no later than ten (10) days after notice is given.
