Use of all Dalim Software corporate and product logos are governed
by our Corporate ID Guidelines, a copy of which can be downloaded from HERE
Please read the following usage requirements:
1. Unless previously authorised in writing by Dalim Software, you may
only use the Dalim Software logos provided herein.
2. You may not alter any of the logos in any manner, including
proportions, colours, elements, font, or typestyle in any other
respect. You may not animate, morph, or otherwise distort its
perspective or dimensional appearance.
3. You may not display any of the logos in any way that implies that
your website is a Dalim Software website, that your printed materials
originate from Dalim Software, or that either are endorsed or sponsored
by Dalim Software. Your Web page title, company mark, and trademarks
must always appear more prominently than the Dalim Software mark both
in print and on the Web.
4. None of the logos may appear on any products or product packaging for your company.
5. Any logos must be separated from your company name, mark, and any
other company or product names and marks by the space of one mark width
or one inch, whichever is greatest. Do not combine any of the logos
with other marks or graphical elements.
6. The logos may only be used on Web pages and in printed material that
make accurate references to Dalim Software or its products or services
and only in proximity to those references, unless written authorisation
is received from Dalim Software. The logos may only be displayed on
pages or screen displays referencing Dalim Software.
7. You may not use any of the logos in any material that directly or
indirectly disparages Dalim Software, its products or services, its
partners, resellers, or other related companies or their products or
services; that infringes upon any Dalim Software intellectual property;
or that violates any state, federal, or international law.
8. None of the logo files can be resized, modified, changed, or
manipulated in any way without the express written permission of Dalim
Software GmbH. Only EPS files used in printed material may be resized.
The minimum mark size is 3/4 inch (20mm) in printed material.
9. The Dalim Software name or any potentially confusing variations may
never be incorporated into the name of a product or service of your
company.
10. Nothing herein is intended to nor does grant to you any right or
license to use the Dalim Software name or any Dalim Software product
name, except as expressly described above. You acknowledge that Dalim
Software GmbH is the sole owner of the corporate and product logos and
you agree that you will not do anything to harm the reputation or
goodwill of the corporate and product logos or take any action
inconsistent with the company's ownership of the corporate and product
logos, including without limitation registering or attempting in any
way to claim rights to the corporate and product logos. 11.
Dalim Software reserves the right to review your use of the corporate
and product logos at any time and you agree to make any modifications
to your use of the corporate and product logos as Dalim Software may
request. Dalim Software may terminate or modify permission to use the
corporate and product logos at any time for any reason. Upon
termination, you agree to cease all use of the corporate and product
logos no later than ten (10) days after notice is given.
