Fleury Michon, a family business founded in 1905, is a key player in the French food industry. Specializing in charcuterie, ready-cooked meals and surimi, it markets over 1.3 million products every day via major retailers (Leclerc, Carrefour, Auchan, etc.). Its organization is based on 12 production sites, including 10 in France, mostly in the Vendée region.
In 2018, as part of a visual identity overhaul, the marketing department decided to rethink its entire packaging process. The coordination of hundreds of references and the organizational complexity (number of players, diversity of printing media and techniques, multiplicity of agencies and suppliers) made it essential to implement a reliable, traceable and centralized solution.
Fleury Michon chose the DALIM ES platform, integrated and hosted by DATASOLUTION, an independent agency specialized in marketing production and a partner of DALIM SOFTWARE. From the outset, collaborative workshops were organized to build a solution tailored to business needs.
Today, files from creative software (film, cardboard, etc.) are integrated into a single digital validation workflow: annotations, version comparison, format/color control, archiving, complete traceability of actions. E-mail exchanges, Excel files and errors associated with manual validations have been eliminated, in favor of a structured, rapid and consistent system.
The platform centralizes all graphic elements, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance and security. Access to documents is simple, validations are time-stamped, and each approver retains control of his or her responsibilities - an essential point during audits.
DALIM also enabled Fleury Michon to regain control of its marketing content and graphics chain.
